What can the Parent Support
Program do for my baby?
Parents want to be able to provide a healthy happy and nurturing home
for their baby. The Home Visitor can help you achieve that goal. We
are also able to provide the babys ongoing growth and development
measurements, and the Public Health Nurse can offer immunizations
and well baby checkups in your home.
What about
my husband/partner and other children? A new baby touches the entire
family The Parent Support Program is a resource to help you meet the
needs of your growing family. When does this take place? The Home Visitor
will visit with you in your home or in an alternate location that
is mutually agreeable. Visits will be scheduled in advance at a time
that is convenient for you. How much does it cost?
