  • Health checkups& follow-up for Medicaid eligible children,age 0-20 years.
  • Family planning / Women's Health services (pregnancy testing, birth control / counseling)
  • STD prevention through education, limited testing, and treatment
  • Diabetes information
  • Postpartum hospital and home visits
  • Tuberculosis screening and treatment
  • Parent Support Program for Families with Young Children
  • Prenatal, infant and child home visits
  • Attention Deficit Disorder referral
  • Group health education
  • Tourette Syndrome referral
  • Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs
Many of these services require an appointment. Please call 335-3400 for more information, an appointment, or information.

There is no charge for child health services. There are moderate fees for adult services. No one is refused service if unable to pay.
